Call Out Services

Service fees and Guarantee

All call outs will be charged "to customer, and from customer" for travelling, at normal hourly rates.

Monday to Friday: R645.47/hour Vat included, during working hours 08h00 -16h00.

Guarantee on Service will be for 10 working days.

Payment for Call out fee must be made, before Service will be booked.

No Guarantee will be valid if any payment is outstanding.

Call out services or moving of machine per hour

Some of the machines that we have Moved/Transport, Repaired, and Upgrade.

The technicians will have the necessary parts with them to complete the work. Please give as much information as possible re the problem of your machine.

We also do upgrades on all laser machines like upgrading software, controllers and laser tubes.Please also do not remove your laser tube if you want us to move your machine. We always test you machine output power before moving any laser machine.

Air Travel fees

The customer will be responsible for booking the flight ticket.

Service charges start when the technician gets of the plane, till the technician gets back on the plane.

Payment for Call out fee must be made, before Service will be booked.

Cash or proof of payment must be given on completion of the work  (no exceptions).

Accommodation will be charged per night should the technician need to sleep over at a guest house.

During the period of guarantee, the client will be responsible for the the transport and accommodation costs.

Traveling costs (return trip) and Labour costs will be charged at the same rate.

The above prices does not include parts.

RDCAM and RDWorks is our preferred laser software.
