Service fees and Guarantee

All call outs will be charged "to customer, and from customer" for travelling, at normal hourly rates.

Call out fee: R680,00

Labour fee: R751.00 p/h

Monday to Friday, during working

hours 08h00 -16h00

Laser Machine Service

•     Repair and Maintenance on other laser cutter company's machines.

•     Installation of other companies laser cutters and engravers.

•     Lens alignment or replacement.

•     Mirror alignment or replacement.

•     Laser cutter diagnostic.

•     Laser tube calibration.

•     Test Laser tube Watt output with tester, and Laser tube replacement.

Guarantee on Service will be for 10 working days.

Payment for Call out fee must be made, before Service will be booked.

No Guarantee will be valid if any payment is outstanding.

Some of the machines that we, Repaired and Upgrade.

The technicians will have the necessary parts with them to complete the work. Please give as much information as possible re the problem of your machine.

We also do upgrades on all laser machines like upgrading software, controllers and laser tubes.

We always test you machine output power before moving any laser machine.

Remotely fix or help with your computer driver problems through AnyDesk.

RDCAM and RDWorks is our preferred laser software.
