Service fees and Guarantee
All call outs will be charged "to customer, and from customer" for travelling, at normal hourly rates.
Call out fee: R680,00
Labour fee: R826.00 p/h
Monday to Friday, during working
hours 08h00 -16h00
Laser Machine Service
• Repair and Maintenance on other laser cutter company's machines.
• Installation of other companies laser cutters and engravers.
• Lens alignment or replacement.
• Mirror alignment or replacement.
• Laser cutter diagnostic.
• Laser tube calibration.
• Laser tube replacement if needed.
• Test Co2 Laser tube Watt output with tester.
Guarantee on Service will be for 10 working days.
Payment for Call out fee must be made, before Service will be booked.
No Guarantee will be valid if any payment is outstanding.
The technicians will have the necessary parts with them to complete the work.
Please give as much information as possible re the problem of your machine.
We always test the machine output Power of any Co2 laser machine.
